Roughly 2.5–3 hours from Tokyo. The free shuttle from Inawashiro Station must be reserved; there is no public bus to the resort (a taxi is around ¥8,800). A free Urabandai ski shuttle also links Grandeco with the Urabandai hotels and Nekoma North.
About 50 min from the Inawashiro-Bandai-Kogen IC. Mountain roads have snow in winter; snow tires or chains are required.
