About 4 hours from Tokyo by the direct bus (one a day, 2025-26: 20 Dec–22 Mar, reservation required). By train it's Jomo-Kogen (approx. 75 min) then a local bus of about 70 min per the resort's English page — roughly 2.5–3 hours, but confirm the alighting stop.
From the Numata IC on the Kanetsu Expressway, via Route 120 in the Katashina area. Mountain roads have snow in winter; snow tires or chains are required.
