薮原高原是位于日本长野县木曾谷、历史悠久的滑雪场，四周环绕着约2,000米的群山。它是木曾地区规模较大的滑雪场之一，13条各具特色的雪道分布在山谷中，风小，雪况维护得好。山顶海拔约1,689米，可以360度眺望御岳山和木曾群山。
山脚海拔约1,100米，垂直落差约589米，最长滑行距离约3,600米。这里常被称为“中级者的山”，因为大部分地形是舒适的中级坡面，但也有两个双板专用的初级区（Satsuki 和 Maruyama 雪道），宽阔平缓，禁止单板进入，小朋友和第一次滑雪的人可以安心练习。水平较高的滑雪者则有 KABE 雪道等陡峭的非压雪雪道。

Yabuhara Kogen= the slopes
Roughly 3.5 hours from Tokyo. Yabuhara is a local-only stop, so change at Kiso-Fukushima (or Shiojiri). The ¥100 resort bus runs several times a day in season, no booking; otherwise the demand taxi, which must be reserved by 17:00 the day before.

薮原有两片初级区——皋月坡和丸山坡——是双板专用区域，禁止单板进入。这两片宽阔的缓坡安静从容，小朋友、初次滑雪者和年长的滑雪者可以安心练习，不用担心身边呼啸而过的高速滑行者。丸山坡还允许玩雪橇。
