薮原高原是位于日本长野县木曾谷、历史悠久的滑雪场，四周环绕着约2,000米的群山。它是木曾地区规模较大的滑雪场之一，13条各具特色的雪道分布在山谷中，风小，雪况维护得好。山顶海拔约1,689米，可以360度眺望御岳山和木曾群山。
山脚海拔约1,100米，垂直落差约589米，最长滑行距离约3,600米。这里常被称为“中级者的山”，因为大部分地形是舒适的中级坡面，但也有两个双板专用的初级区（Satsuki 和 Maruyama 雪道），宽阔平缓，禁止单板进入，小朋友和第一次滑雪的人可以安心练习。水平较高的滑雪者则有 KABE 雪道等陡峭的非压雪雪道。

Skier-only beginner areas for families
Wide, gentle slopes where snowboarding is not allowed
Yabuhara has two beginner areas, the Satsuki and Maruyama slopes, that are reserved for skiers, so snowboarding is not allowed there. These wide, gentle slopes are a calm place for small children, first-time skiers, and older skiers to practice without faster riders around. Sledding is also allowed on the Maruyama slope.
Well-kept mid-slopes for improving skiers
13 varied courses, known for good grooming
The resort has 13 courses laid out in a valley, with much of the terrain comfortable mid-slope. It is known for careful grooming and high-quality snow, which makes it a good place to practice carving and to move up from beginner to intermediate. Stronger skiers have steep ungroomed runs, such as the KABE course.
Big summit views and easy access
A 360-degree panorama and a station nearby
The summit, at about 1,689 m, has a 360-degree view of Mount Ontake and the Kiso mountains, with a small shrine at the top. The resort is only about 10 minutes from the main road, and a low-cost local bus and a reserved shuttle run from Yabuhara Station, so it is reachable without a car. There is a hot spring a few minutes away by car.
