Hakuba Happo-One is opening six new areas for the 2026-2027 winter season. The resort says they cover every level, from the base area to the top of the mountain.
Usagidaira Bunny Area is a new beginner area high on the mountain, so new skiers can practise with mountain views. Nakiyama Snow Land is a snow play area for people who do not ski or snowboard. Both need a separate ticket. A lift ticket alone does not cover them.
Sakka Trees Adventure is a new tree area for beginners and intermediates. The resort says it is a good place for a first tree run. Panorama Flow is a course of banks and small jumps for beginners and intermediates.
Skyline Trees and Sodeguro Trees are new tree courses for intermediate and advanced skiers. These two areas, plus Sakka Trees Adventure and Panorama Flow, are open with a normal lift ticket.
In the peak season (19 December 2026 to 22 March 2027), a 1-day adult lift ticket costs 9,800 yen. A child ticket (6 to 17 years) costs 4,900 yen. Last season the adult price was 8,700 yen.
You may see My Number discounts on the resort website. These need a Japanese My Number Card, so most visitors cannot use them. The resort also sells an early 2-day ticket for 16,600 yen that anyone can buy. It is sold online only, until 30 November 2026.
Happo-One plans to open on 1 December 2026. A new gondola from the Nakiyama area is planned for December 2027.
