开季时先开放两条短雪道以及可一日游的“雪人乐园”。随后在整个雪季陆续开放更多雪道，并在2026年1月上旬达到全部14条雪道。雪季营业至2026年3月31日。
轻井泽紧邻新干线轻井泽站，从东京前往十分方便，是家庭与初学者的热门之选。
