Hakuba Goryu will open on Saturday, 21 November 2026 for the 2026-2027 winter season. Last season it opened on 4 December. The resort has not announced its closing date yet.
This is the first time Hakuba Goryu has set its opening date in advance. The resort has added new snowmaking machines this season. On opening day, only the Toomi No.1 Lift area will be open.
Goryu sells a joint season pass with Hakuba 47. Hakuba 47 has not announced its own opening date yet.
Hakuba Goryu sits in the Hakuba area, about 3 hours from Tokyo. Take the Hokuriku Shinkansen to Nagano Station, then the Alpico bus (about 1 hour 10 to 1 hour 20 minutes) to Escal Plaza.
